Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2027 returns to Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via, from 2-5 February, built around a single idea: When Worlds Unite. The lines between AV, IT, broadcast, live events, smart buildings and education continue to blur, and the most valuable work is increasingly happening when those worlds meet. ISE 2027 attendees will connect with the technologies, ideas and people shaping what comes next for the industry and play an active role in driving it forward.

The timing reflects an industry in growth. According to AVIXA’s Industry Outlook and Trends Analysis (IOTA), the global Pro AV market is valued at more than $330 billion in 2025 and forecast to exceed $400 billion by 2030, driven by organisations across every sector investing in how they create, manage and deliver content and experiences.

A show reflecting the full spectrum of AV

ISE is far more than a trade show. It is where industries intersect, ideas accelerate and inspiration takes shape. ISE 2027’s exhibition floor space is already 7% larger than 2026, including exhibition booths in the East Access and a new outdoor structure at the South Access. Across eight halls and seven dedicated Technology Zones, attendees will encounter solutions spanning:

At the heart of the show sits the Multi-Technology Zone, spanning Halls 3, 5 and 8.1, where the sheer scope of AV innovation is on full display. Whether one attends as an integrator, designer, technologist or end-user, ISE offers an experience shaped around the diversity, energy and pace of the global AV market. Visitors can expect immersive demonstrations, hands-on product showcases and meaningful opportunities to connect with the people defining what comes next.

ISE is home to a rich mix of features and events designed to spark creativity, collaboration and fresh thinking:

• ISE Broadcast Enterprise Studio, powered by AVIXA TV: New for 2027 and reflecting a wider industry shift, the studio will be in the content formats now common in enterprise environments, including podcasts, sit-down conversations and stand-up content. Technologies deployed will include production cameras, broadcast microphones, studio lighting, switching, AV distribution and live streaming, and the studio will be staffed by AVIXA TV’s own enterprise broadcasters.
• Innovation Park (Congress Square): A launchpad for startups and entrepreneurs, featuring the Pitching Stage with sessions exploring investment, disruption and emerging opportunities.
• Audio Demo Rooms, Outdoor Demo Area & Listening Suites: An expanded programme delivering high-impact ProAV and Residential sound experiences for visitors to hear, feel and compare.
• ISE Hackathon: Returning for 2027 following its success to date. Over two days at Fira de Barcelona, student teams will collaborate intensively to tackle real-world challenges.
• Spark: Returning for 2027, bringing together the creative and technology communities to examine how emerging tools are influencing the creative process (3-4 Feb, Fira de Barcelona, Montjuïc).
• EdTech Congress: A thriving event for all disciplines involved in the business of delivering education (3-4 Feb, Fira de Barcelona, Montjuïc).

Residential and smart home integration also have a firm home at ISE 2027. The four-day CEDIA Smart Home Technology Conference brings a dedicated programme for professionals working in the smart home sector, covering the technology, design and business trends shaping connected living, and sits alongside the Residential & Smart Buildings Technology Zone on the show floor.

When worlds of knowledge unite

ISE 2027 also serves as a gateway to learning, networking and professional growth. Attendees can explore a content-rich programme, test tomorrow’s tools and draw on the experience of peers and industry leaders. Produced by AVIXA, CEDIA and ISE, the 2027 content programme is set to be the most extensive in ISE’s history, including:

• Megatrends Sessions: double the size of last year’s programme and led by subject-matter experts, the bite-sized sessions span six business-critical themes: AI, Robotics & Machine Learning, Smart Spaces, Sustainability, TradeScape and Cybersecurity.
• Summits: half-day, market sector-led deep dives across three verticals: Digital Signage, Control Rooms and Cybersecurity.
• ISE’s largest Open Content Programme: free to attend content, including ISE Keynotes, Investor Forum, European Latin American AV Forum, Live Events Stage, AVIXA Xchange Live, CEDIA’s Smart Home Technology Stage, the Pitching Stage, Industry Insights and Congreso AVIXA Spanish language content from key partners.

ISE 2027 is fully open from 10am to 6pm Tuesday to Thursday, and 10am to 4pm on Friday. Whether on a first visit or a returning one, resources including the official show app, the ISE Daily and the ISE Show Guide make it straightforward to plan a route through everything on offer.

Last year’s show welcomed more than 1,700 exhibitors and over 92,000 unique visitors from 181 countries.
